Hotel Ojala is a family owned hotel located in the town of Agujitas Drake Bay, 200 meters from the shore. They have a total of 5 rooms, one of which is a deluxe room located on the top of the property and a great jacuzzi. Hotel Ojala is great for families and those who like to stay in a comfortable hotel without all the frills. Meals at Ojala are amazing as they do a lot of cooking on their wood fire grill serving grilled steaks, jerk chicken, pork oven baked over live coals for hours, veggies, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yucca platinos, bananas, and even grilled bread, and of course the freshest fish in town.

Sportfishing Tour with the best!
The fishing boat is 28 ft. powered by a quiet, smoke and vibration free four stroke Honda. Equipped with a tower, head outriggers, electronics, tuna tubes, Penn and Shimino stand-up rods, and lots of shade. Experinced flyrodders to the novice angler are all welcome. We cast, troll and baitfish, using flys, lures,teasers live and dead rigged bait. Fishing the calm Pacific waters for Marlin, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Snappers, Mackeral, Raimbow Runner, and a sundry of others.
Half day tours include drinks and a snack while full days have drinks, snacks and a packed lunch. Alcoholic beverages and fishing licenses are extra. We are sportfishermen so we take something for dinner but release most fish. We use circle hooks and are conservationists. When we see turtles or birds caught in a line or plastic we take a minute to release them.
In a day of fishing we often see Whales, Dolphins,Turtles, sea birds, flying fish, and other sea life. With young anglers we help to teach ecology, sportsmanship and how we are responsible to help maintain a healthy ocean and a better planet for us and our living seas.
